Clarification.

Thanks Tony, no real surprises, particularly after scaling the observation counts.
It is rather difficult to estimate the range for the x-axis values. Presumably the number of users in each range is cumulative over the range, and not just for the representative label value. The graph would be clearer if you could label the ranges on the x-axis as between bounds rather than an approximately central value.

Each bin is to the next level. The x-axis legend is taken from the binning intervals, so it is difficult to change them ..

but log/log might give an approximate line and we could see if the slope varies over time.
