Has anyone come across a field guide (or even a key) to caterpillars, or families of caterpillars?

Might one even exist for getting down to orders (i.e. moths, beetles, flies, etc).

I assume that there are good keys to wetland larvae given the work of the Freshwater Working Group at UCT? Is anything published?
