Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.

Notes: Two potential candidates in your area. E. abietina aurantiaca which is the more common one. E. abietina petraea which is highly threatened occurring in the mountains above Porterville - less likey to be this one as the habitat doesn't fit well.
