Description: Disclaimer: the gale force winds of this Saturday meant that most of my pics are rubbish. I had to crawl back to the farmhouse because I got blown over if I stood up. I persevered anyway.
I did not realise the butterfly had its tongue stuck in a flower, so I neglected to take better photos of the thesium.

Description: The damage looked as if the porcupines were using teeth on the stem just below ground level. Cannot be certain that the Ystervarkie was definitely trying to eat the bark (hence posting it as an association rather than herbivory) or not but intrigued anyhow.
