Possibly

Oxalis nidulans??

Indigenous plants have every aspect covered

I don't think it is O. nidulans

The floral tube is too short, and the leaflets are a bit too narrow for O. nidulans.

Although it could be. We really need a bulb here!

*scratches head*

I'm stumped.

The closest thing I can think of is a very late-flowering, very broad-leafleted O. glabra, but I'd need confirmation of bulb size and sepal shape - O. glabra has tiny bulbs (less than 1 cm) and elongate, pointed, glabrous sepals without calli.
